WHEREAS, the Mayor pursuant to Section 10.07,1 of the Charter of the City
of Saint Paul does certify that there are available for appropriation total
revenues in excess of those estimated in the budget; and
WHEREAS, the Mayor recommends that the following additions be made to
the 1978 Budget:

would be paid by Saint Paul to reflect the fact that Saint Paul supports 60% of
the Urban Corps admi.nistrative costs, �and Ramsey County support 40% thereof.

RESOLVED, that the Council of the City of Saint Paul accepts the Ma�ror's

It is evident that the assignment would have P.amsey County and Saint Paul REVERSE
the accounting method used from 1971 thru 1977, to refleet the fact that Saint Paul
supports 607 of the Urban Corps Ca-ordinator admin. costs, whereas Ramsey County
supports a lesser percent, 40%.

RESOLVED, that the proper City officers are authorized and directed
to execute, on behalf of the City of Saint Paul, an agreement between the
City and the County of Ramsey whereby the City and County agree to cooperate '
in the participation with the Twin City Area Urban Corps Program, and whereby
the County will appropriate $17,190.000 (seventeen thousand one hundred ninety
dollars) and the City will appropriate $25,786.00 (twenty-five thousand seven
hundred eighty-six dollars) to this program all in accordance with the adopted
Budget of the Citq of Saint Paul as approved by the City Council.
