of Como Avenue where the Southerly extension of the
West line of the E 1/2 of the W 1/2 of the E 1/2 of
the S 1/2 of the SW 1/4 of Section 21 , Township 29
f�orth, Range 23 IJest intersects said rJorth line of
Como Avenue; thence Northerly along said Southerly
extension, a dlstance of 70.0 feet to a point; thence
Southeasterly to a point on the North line of Como
Avenue, a distance of 50.0 feet Easterly as measured
along said NorCh line of Como Avenue from the point
of beginning; thence Westerly along the Paorth line
of Como Avenue to the point of begjnning.
