In the Matter of condemning and takin� the following described easements in connection
with the improvement of Hillwood Court and Hillwood Drive:
An easement in the land necessary for the slopes, cuts and fills, including right
of removal of lateral support frarn subject land or remainder thereot', occasioned
by excavations thereof or construction of slopes in the gradin� of the above streeta,
said slopes to conform to slope Drawings No. 2175 ana 2259, filed in Slope Drawer �2
in the Depaxtment of Publie Works.
,Also, a permanent easement Sor sewer purposes on, over and across that land described as
follows: The sauth 10' of Lot 5, Blk. l, Leonard Oak Hills No. l and the south 10' of Lot 5,
Leonaxd Oak Hills No. 2 and the north 10' of Lot 6, Leonaxd Oak Hills No. 1 and the north 10'
cf Lot 6, Leonard Oak Hills No. 2.
Also, a te,mporaxy construction easement on, over and across that land described as follows:
The north 10' of the south 20' of Lot 5, Blk. 1, Leonaxd Oak Hills No. 1; the north
10 feet of the south 20' of Lot 5, Blk. 1, Leonaxd Oak Hills No. 2; the south 10'
of the north 20' of Lot 6, Blk. l, Leonard Oak Hills No. 1; the sauth 10' of the
. north 20` of Lot 6, Blk. l, Leonard 0�'rk Hill.a l]'o.. 2; a�i.d temporaxy easement to remain
in effect until ca■�letion of the Hill�ood Ccyurt 3�itary Sewer System�or until January
1, 1979� Whtcheve�_o�s��_f�t.
Also, a tempor�ry ee�aement for roddway purposes on, over and across that part of Lot l,
Block l, Leonard Oak Hills No. 2 lying northweeterly of e line runnin� from the northeast
corner of said Lot 1, to the southwest corn"er of said Lot 1.
having considered said report, hereby resolves:
1. That the said report and the same is hereby approved with no alternatives, and that the estimated cost thereof
is $ .
2 That a public hearing be had on aid improvement on the �5th day of
April, 197� , at 10:00 o'clock a.rr�., in the Council Chambers of the
City Hall and Court House Building in the City of Saint Paul.
3. That notice of said public hearing be given to the persons and in the manner provided by the Charter, stating the
time and place of hearing,the nature of the improvement and the total cost thereof as estimated.
