RESOLVED, That upon execution and delivery of a
release in full to the City, in a form to be approved
by the City Attorney, the proper City officers are
hereby authorized and directed � pay out of the Tort
Liability Fund 09070-511-000, to :
1. Gerald E. Christensen the sum of $15 .00 in full
settlement of his claim of damages sustained on
or about January 27 , 1978, as more particularly
set out in a communication to the City Council on
February 21, 1978 .
2. Jeffrey Decaire and Carol Decaire the sum of
$227 .88 in full settlement of their claim of
damages susta.ined on or about December 30 , 1977, as
more particularly set out in a communication tA
the City Council on February 28 , 1978.
3. Darrell C. Cowden the sum of $89.46 in full settle-
ment of his claim of dama�es sustained on or about
February 6, 1978, as more particularly set out in a
communication t�o the City Council on February 21 ,
1978 .

CLAIMS AGAINST THE CTTY OF SAINT PAUL
BY GEFtALD E. CHRISTENSEN; JEFFREY DECP�II�E
AND CAROL DECAIRE; AND DARRELL C. COWDEN
Claimant, Rev. Gerald E. Christensen, requests reimbursement
for damages to his clothing which occurred on January 27, 1978,
at the Saint Paul Civic Center during th e Evie Turnquist concert.
This office approves the settlement of Rev. Christensen�s claim
in the amount of $15.00.
Claimants, Jeffrey Decaire and Carol Decaire, request reimburse-
ment for damages to their automobile which occurred on December 30 ,
1977 . Their was automobile was damaged by bullet holes by the
Saint Paul Police duri.ng a robbery at the Eastern Heights State
Bank. This office approves the settlement of Mr. and Mrs. Decaire's
claim in the amount of $227.88 .
Claimant, Darrell C. Cowden, was involved in an automobile acci-
dent with a City of Saint Paul , Department of Police, vehicle
on February 6, 1978 . Expenses are for the repair of the damaged
vehicle. This office approves the settlement of Mr. Cowden's
claim in the amount of $89 .46 .
