WHEREAS, ,the Council of the City of Saint Paul has
enacted a formal Code of Ethics for public officials of
this city, by Ordinance No. 163g1, adopted January 19,
1978, which ordinance is made a part of the Saint Paul
Administrative Code; and
WHER.EAS, there is presently included in the city' s
- Administrative Code, as Appendix A-6, a prior resolution
of the Council pertaining to a code of ethics, now, there-
fore, be it
RESOLVED, that the prior resolution o� this� Council,
Gouncil File No. 2596i6, adopted September 7, 19'72, is
hereby reseinded.
