WHEREAS, The Council vacated a portion of public street
pursuant to its Resolution C.F. 270135, adopted November 29, 1977,
and the Council has now been notified that there exists a typo-
graphical error in the description of the line limiting the street
vacation area, and the Council notir intends to correct the said
error; now, therefore, be it
RESOLVED, That Resolution C.F. 270135, adopted November 29,
� 1977, be and the same is hereby amended so as to change the
description of Line A as follows: �
Line A:
Commencing at the Southeast corner of said SE 4
of Section 34; thence northerly along the east
line of said SE � 350 feet, for the actual point -�
of beginning of Line "A" ; thence westerly at a
right angle to said east line, 168. 60 feet;
thence following a tangential curve concave to
the northeast, whose central angle is 90 degrees,
00 minutes, 00 seconds, and whose radius is 210. 00
� feet, a distance of 329. 87 feet; thence northerly
on a line tangent to said curve to its inter- `
section with. Line "1"
