WHEREAS, Council Resolution No. 267098, authorized the use of $200,000 of Municipal
State Aid Street Funds for Project P-0686 CARROLL-MACKUBIN RELIEF SYSTEM, MSA No.
164-010-14, and
� WHEREAS, the project has now been completed and it is determined that Municipat State
Aid Funds are eligible for funding to the amaunt of $218,463.95, now therefore be it
RESOLVED, that Council Resolution No. 267098 be amended� to appropriate the sum of
$218,463•95 of Municipal State Aid Street Funds to MSA Project No. 164-010-14, and
further -
RESOLVED, that the Commissioner of the Minnesota Department of Transportation be notified
of this amending resolutioii:
