RESOLVED, that upon execution and delivery of a release
in full to the City of Saint Paul, the proper City Officers are
hereby authorized and directed to pay out of the Tort Liability
Fund 09070-511-000, to: Edith Blomquist, the sum of $2,000. 00
in full settlement of her claim for damages sustained on March
15, 1976 when she was struck by a City vehicle at Sixth and
Cedar Streets in theCity of Saint Paul.

RE: Claim again�t the City of St. Paul by Edith Blomquist
Edith Blomquist was, on March 15, 1976, struck }�y a city
owned truck while she was walking across Cedar Avenue at the
intersection of Sixth Str�et in Saint Paul. As a pedestrian who
does not own a motor vehicle, :�she was previously paid No-Fault
insurance benefits from self--insured City of St . Paul in the amount
of $5, 306. 10 as per Administrative Order #D-3880 dated October
3, 1977 w&ich funds were from the Judgment and Compromise Fund.
The City i� liable to Mrs. Blomquist in an additional
amount of $2, 000. 00 represefiting her claim for general damage to
be paid from Tort Liability Fund.
