In the Matter of improving the LEECH-MCBOAL I.T.A., Co�aunity Development
year 4 area, City Projects P-0767 and V-0657F, by regrading, eurfacing
constructing concrete curb and gutter, ornamental lighting, reconstructing
concrete walks and driveways where necessary, and by doing all other work
necessary and incidental to said improveanent on:
(�OODRICH AVE. from Smith Ave. to the cul-de-sac east of Leech St.
MCBOAL ST. from Smith Ave. to Wilkin St.
FORBES AVE. from W. 7th St. to Excha.nge St.
LEECH ST. from Goodrich Ave. to Forbes Ave.
WIIKINS ST. from the cul-de-sac south of McBoal St. to Forbes Ave.
under Administrative Order D-4315 approved May 4, 1978
The Council of the City of Saint Paul having received the report of the Mayor upon the above improvement, and
having considered said report, hereby resolves:
1. That the said report and the same is hereby approved with no alternatives, and that the estimated cost thereof
is $ 250.000.00 .(no assessment)
2. That a public hearing be had on said improvement on the lOth day of October, 1978 , at
10:00 dclock a.m.,in the Council Chambers of the City Hall and Court House Building in the City of Saint Paul.
3. That notice of said public hearing be given to the persons and in the manner provided by the Charter, stating the
time and place of hearing, the nature of the improvement and the total cost thereof as estimated:
