WHEREAS, the Citizens Budget Review Commi.ttee plans
to make its report on the 1979 budget by the established
deadline of September 15, 1978; and
WHEREAS, it is the concensus of the Review Committee
that there are issues which need further study; and
WHEREAS, the St. Paul City Council feels that the
City will benefit from additional exploration of issues
under study by the committee; now therefore be it
RESOLVED, that the Citizens Budget Review Committee
is authorized to continue in operation through October 31,
1978.
