applied for by Speedy Markets, Inc. at 589 N. Da1e Street, be and the same is
hereby granted subject to the following conditions to which the licensee consents:
l. Flimination of any auto access to the existing alley south of the site.
2. Widening of the exi.sting 16 �oot dr3.veway onto Dale Street to 26 feet (and
constructed according to Ci.ty specifications and standards).
3. Construction of curbing along the property line from the north end of Da1e
Street driveway to Thomas Avenue, and from Thomas Avenue west to the begin-
ning of the effi.sting driveway on Thomas.
!�. Insure praper venting for the underground storage tanks in conformance with
the Department of Fire and Safety Services requirements.
