WHEREAS, pursuant to resolution, C. F. Because of very extensive fire damage, this building is in an extremely hazardous condition and must be razed as soon as possible; c. The conditions outlined above constitute a public hazard; . d. The owner has made no attempt to satisfactorily repair the damages S�s�•The continued vacant and boarded up condition contributes a blighting influence on the neighborhood; now, therefore, be it RESOLVED, That in accordance with Minnesota Statutes Sections 463.15 through 463.2G, and based upon the foregoin� findings of the City Council, the Council of the City of Saint Paul does hereby make the following Order: ORDER 1. In the event that the building is to be razed by the City of Saint Paul pursuant to judgment of the District Court, all personal property or fixtures of any kind which may unreasonably interfere with the razing and removal of this building shall be removed within ten (10) days from the entry of judgmentf and if not so removed, the City of Saint Paul shall remove and dispose of such peraonal property and fixtures as provided by lawf 4. If the City of Saint Paul is compell.ed to take any corrective action herein, all necessary costs expended by the City will be assessed against the above described real estate and collected as other taxes; and be it FURTHER RESOLVED, That a certified copy of this resolution and incorporated Order he�ein be served upon the last record owners of the above described property in the manner provided by law. The owner of record is Community Housing Corporation, 290 Metro Square Building, St. Paul, MN 55101. The legal �escription of the property is: Ex. W. 14 Ft. of The building is a Lot 14 and W 27 Ft. multi-unit residential of Lot 13, Block 12 , structure. Holcombes Addition. WHEREAS, it appears that the last known record owners and other parties of interest of said building are as follows: 1. Community Housing Corporation, 290 Metro Square Building, St. Paul, Minnesota 55101. THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that a public hearing be held by and before the Council of the City 'of Saint Paul in the Council Chamber of the Court House in said city at 10:00 A.M. on July 6, 1978 to consider the advisability and necessity of ordering the correction or wrecking and removal of said structure on the above described property inasmuch as said structure is reported to constitute a hazard to public health, safety and welfare; be it FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Division of Housing and Building Code Enforcement, on behalf of the City Council, notify by mail the record owners of the property in question at the last known address, as well� as other • interested persons of record, of the date and time of the hearing.
