RESOLVED, That pursuant to Minnesota Statutes Sectio� 161.36 (1976),
the Conmissioner of Transportation be appointed as Agent of the City of
St. Paul to accept as its agent, federal aid funds which may be made
available for participation in the necessary preliminary engineering
activities for S.P. 164-020-40, and proper city officers are hereby
authorized and directed for and on behalf of the City to execute and
enter into an agreement with the ConmissToner of Transportation prescribing
the terms and conditions of said federal aid participation as set forth
and contained in an agreement captioned, "Minnesota Department of
Transportation Agency Contract with the City of St. Paul for Federat
Participation in Pre)iminary Engincering on S.P. 164-020-40, GR 5018 (6),"
a copy of which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference.
