WHEREAS, LeRoy Benshoof has devoted countless hours to
serve on various committees of the City of Saint Paul ; and
WHEREAS, LeRoy Benshoof, while serving on these committees,
has devoted an extraordinary amount of time and spent hours
investigating items before voting on these important decisions;
now, therefore, be it
RESOLVED, that the City Council , the Mayor and the Citizens
of Saint Paul express their gratitude to LeRoy Benshoof and wish
him well in his retirement years in the western part of the
State of Minnesota.
