RESOLVED, that upon execution and delivery of a release in full
to the City of St. Paul, the proper city officers are hereby
authorized and directed to pay out of the Tort Liability Fund
Og070-511-000, to Agnes Ott, the sum of $125 in full settlement for
her claim for damages sustained in June, 1976 as more particularly
set out in a communication to the City Council on July 20, 1976.

RE: Claim against the City of St. Paul
by Agnes Ott
Claimant, Agnes Ott, requests damages for personal injuries
sustained when she fell on the public sidewalk on the north side of
Maryland between Earl and Frank Streets. There is exposure on the •
part of the City for $6, 000 in the case. This office recommends
compromise and settlement in the amoun� of $125. 00.
