are hereby authorized and directed to pay out of the Tort
Liability Fund 09070-511-000, to: La.nny R. LaBarre, the sum
of $4,000.00 in full settlement of his claim for dama.ges sustained
December 31, 1975, as more particularly set out in a communication
to the City Council on January 27, 1976.

RE: Claim against the City of Saint Paul
by Lanny R. LaBarre
Claimant, Lanny R. LaBarre, requests reimbursement for damages
and injuries sustained December 31, 1975, at the Public Safety
Building, said injuries and dam�ges being sustained as a result
of an altercation therein.
This office approves the settlement of this claim in the amount
of $4,000.
