RESOLVED, That the Councjl of the Ctty of Saint Paul hereby requests
the U. S. Army Corps of Engineers to conduct a study of the feasibility
of developing a small navigation improvement on the Mississippi River and
in the vlcinity of Harriet Island, said study being conducted at no cost
to the City, and said Corps acting pursuant to the authority granted it
by Section 107 of the 1960 River and Harbor Act.
