In the Matter of acquiring permanent sewer easement, in connection with the
Childs Road Brid�e Ramp, described as follows:
A 15 foot wide permanent sewer easem.ent on, over and across
the Southwest quarter of' the Northeast quarter, Sec. �+
Tawnship 28 North, Range 22 West, the Centerline of said
easement is described as follows:
Commencing at the intersection of the centerline of Childs
Road and the srnzthwesterly extension of the southeasterly
line of Lot 1, Block 2, Port Author3ty Plat No. 1; thence
North 6� degrees, 05 minutes, 30 seconds West (a.ssumed
beaxing) 30.65 feet as measuxed alon� the centerline of
Childs Road; thence North 1�+ de�rees 38 minutes 00
seconds East 31�+.95 feet to the point of beginning; thence
South �+7 de�rees 57 minutes 2� seconds East, 2�+5.5 feet
more or less to a point on the centerline of the belt line
sewer easement as recorded on the 15th day of November,
192�+ in Book 28 of Plans Page 40, and there terminatin�.

The Council of the City of Saint Paul having received the report of the Mayor upon the above improvement, and
having considered said report, hereby resolves:
1. That the said report and the same is hereby approved with no alternatives, and that the estimated cost thereof
is $ 1;300.00 . �
2. That a public hearing be had on said improvement on the l�+th day of
MaxCh, 197$ , at 10:00 o'clock a.m., in the Council Chambers of the
City Hall and Court House Building in the City of Saint Paul. ,
3. That notice of said public hearing be given to the persons and in the manner provided by the Charter, stating the
time and place of hearing,the nature of the improvement and the total cost thereof as estimated.
