release in full to the City, in a form to be approved
by the City A ttorney, the proper City officers are
hereby au thor i zed and direc ted to pay ou t of the Tor t
Liability Fund 09070-511-000, to :
l. Krista K. Walsh the sum of $96.25 in full settle-
ment of her claim of damages sustained on or about
November 15, 1977, as more particularly set out in a
communication to the City Council on December 13,
1977.
2. Randall and Kathryn Nystul the sum of $589 .80 in
full settlement of their claim of damages sustained
on or about October 3, 1977, as more particularly
set out in a communication t,� the City Council on
November 8, 1977 .
3. Richard L. Anderson the sum of $42. 00 in full settle-
ment of his claim of damages sustained on or about
November 23, 1977, as more pa.rticularly set out in a
communication to the City Council on December 2,
1977.
4. Ginger Kelly the sum of $32. 93 in full settle-
ment of her claim of damages sustained on or about
August 4, 1977, as more particularly set out in a
communication to the City Council on August 23, 1977.
5. United Hospitals, Inc. the sum of $376.04 in full
settlement of its claim of damages sustained on or
about November 8, 1977, as more particularly set
out in a communication to the City Council on
December 13, 1977.

M E M O R A N D U M
CLAIMS AGAINST CITY OF SAINT PAUL
BY KRISTA K. WALSH; RANDALL AND KATHRYN
NYSTUL; RICHARD L. ANDERSON; GINGER KELLY;
AND UNITED HOSPITALS, INC.
Claimant, Krista K. Walsh, requests reimbursement for damages
to her motor vehicle which occurred when vehicle hit a pothole
in the street ne Wabasha and Plato on November 15 , 1977 . This
office approves the settlement of Ms. Walsh's claim in the
amount of $96.25.
Claimants, Randall and Kathryn Nystul, request reimbursement
for damages to their fence and yard which were burned when a
City of Saint Paul, Department of Publ ic Works, garbage truck
caught fire in the alley behind their home . This office approves
the settlement of Mr. and Mrs. Nystul 's claim in the amount of
$589 .80.
Claimant, Richard L. Anderson, was involved in an automobile
accident with a City of Saint Paul, Department of Public Works,
vehicle on November 23, 1977 . Expenses are for the repair of
the damaged v:�hicle. This office approves the settlement of
Mr. Anderson's claim in the amount of $42. 00.
Claimant, Ginger Kelly, requests reimbursement for damages to
her automobile window which was broken when a City of Saint Paul,
Department of Community Services, tree trimming machine threw a
rock through the window. This office approves the settlement of
Ms. Kelly's claim in the amount of $32. 93 .
Claimant, United Hospitals, Inc . , requests reimb ursement for
damages to one of i?�s vehicles which was involved in an automobile
accident with a City of Saint Paul, Department of Fire and Safety
Services, vehicle on November 8, 1977. This office approves the
settlement of United Hospitals, Inc. 's claim in the amount of
$376.04 .
