RESOLVED, that upon execution and delivery of a release
in full to the City of Saint Paul, the proper City officers
are hereby authorized and directed to pay out of the Tort
Liability Fund 09070-512-000, to: Jerome F. Peplinski and
Wilma. M. Peplinski, as parents and natural guardians of
Scott Peplinski, a minor, the sum of $598. 80 in full settlement
of their claim for damages and injuries sustained August 10,
1974, as more particularly set out in a communication to the
City Council on September 5, 1974.
