Any City Attorney who agrees to this blatant misuse of the law is in actuality declaring it null and void. The intent of the law was so that patrons of bars would not be watching nude dancing, and thus put degrading ideas into intoxicated brains. It seems to us the letter of the law is much the sar:ie. With a glass wall in the middle of the drinkers and the performers, as has been shown on television, we can see this is blatant misuse of this new ordinance.
