In the matter of hazardous bulldinqs being
that two and a hal.f story single family dwelling
and garage known and described as 873 Fu1Zer in
the City of Saint Paul and situated upon those
premises 1sgally desc�ibed as Lot 27, Bl.ock 2,
"M ilton Addition" ac�arding to the plat on file
and ot record in the office of the Register of
Deeds in anc3 for the County of Ramsey, 5tate of
M innesota. �
WHEREAS. pursuant to resolution, C. F. No. 27027I, approved
January 12, 1978, a public hearing was held on �'anuary 19, 1978 be-
fore the Council of the City of Saint Paul, said hearing pertaining
to the condition of the structures Iocated at 873 �uiier, Saint
Paul, Minnesota, andf
WH�EAS, ugor_ the facts presented at the said hearing consist-
ing of photographs, inspection re�rts anc3 the recc�mmendations of
the Building Department, it is faund and c7etermined �y the City
Council that accordinq to the r�cords an� files in th� office of
the Register of Deeds the last record owners of the above described
property are Cary Henderson an� Annie Mae fienderson; and the Bo�r�
of T�`ater Commissioners has a Zien against the praperty in the
amount of Y113.00 plus interest; _and that it is further determined
that the above described buildings constitute hazardous buildings
within the definition of M inneseta Sta�tztes Section 453.I5 �or the
followinq re�sons:
a. The buildings becaus e of age, deterioration, Iack of
proper maintenance and vandalism are deemed beyond feasible re-
hab ilitation;

naw, therefore, be it
RESOLVED, that in accordance with Minnesota Statutes Sections
463.I5 through 463.25, and based upon the foregoing findings of the
City Council, the Cbuncil of the City of Saint Paul does hereby
make the following Order;
ORDER
1. The owners of the above described buildings shall make the
same safe and not detri.mental to the public peace, health, safety
and welfare by having the said building and ga�age razed and the
materials the�ef�om rer.:c��ed £rom the premises within thirty (30)
days from the date of the service of this Order;
2. Unless such corrective action is taken to comply with this
Order or an answer served upan the City of Saint Paul and filed in
the office of the Clerk af the District Court of Ramsey Caunty,
M innesota within twenty (20) days from the date of the service of
this Order, a �fotion for Summary Eafo�rcement of this Order to raze
and remove the said building and garage will be made to the Ramsey
County District Court;
3. In the event that the building and garage are to be razed
by the City of Saint Paul pursuant ta judgment of the District
Court, all personal property or fixtures af any kind which may un-
reasonably interfere with the razing and removal of this building
and garage shall be remav�d within ten (I.0) days from the entry of
judgment; and if not so removed, the City of Saint Paul shall remove
" and dispose of such personal property and fixtures as provided by
law;
