Bauer, d.b.a. Victree Vehicles, 637 Rice Street to an Achninistrative Law 7udge; and WF3EREAS, the applicant agreed to the condirions on the Second Hand Dealer-Motor V ehicle License proposed by the Office of License, Inspections and Environmental Protection (LIEP), thereby making an Administrative Law 7udge hearing unnecessary; and WHEREAS, the conditions set forth by the Office of License, Inspections and Environmental Protection, and agreed upon by the applicant, are as follows: The number of vehicles displayed for sale shall not exceed 48. Provide eight customer/employee parking spaces (one shall be designated and marked for handicap parking) as indicated on the approved site plan, on file with LIEP. Provide maneuvering space on the property to allow vehicles entering and exiting the site to proceed forward. Backing from the street or onto the street from the property is forbidden. The lot must be striped, fenced and landscaped in accordance with the approved site plan by June 1, 2001 There will be no exterior starage of inoperable vehicles and proof of registration must be on the premises for all sales vehicles.
