WHEREAS, The Cauncil of the City of St. Paul in the matter of improving
Dale Street from Minnehaha Avenue to Simon Avenue, adopted Final Order,
Cauncil File 265186, approved Maxch 18, 1�75, which proposed assessments
for the improvements of ornamental lightin�, sidewalks, and concrete
driveways; and
W � � , The Council of the City of St. Paul adopted Cauncil Resolution
266797, approved February 19, 1976, which provides for construction of
improvements for State Aid Routes at no assessment, and Da1e Street is
a State Aid Route; and
WI�REAS, This improvement of Da1e Street has been deferred to the current
1978 construction season and it is the recommendation of the Valuation
En�3.neer that the assessment f'inancing naw conYorm to the provisions of
the resolution as cited above, narw therefore be it
RF.�OLVED, That the C auncil of the City of St. Pau1, in accordance with
Counc3l Resolution 266797, rescind the proposed a.ssessments for said
improvements for Dale Street fr� Minnehaha Avenue to Simon Avenue.
