hereby authorized and directed to pay out of the Tort Liability

192 McBoal. Avenue, Saint Paul on or about the sixth day of November

RE: Allan Steffes vs. the City of Saint Paul
Plaintiff and claimant, Allan Steffes, requests reimbursement for
damage to the fence at his property at 192 McBoal Avenue, Saint
Paul, Minnesota caused by the Saint Paul Fire Department responding
to an alarm at adjoining property. There is liability on the part
of the City, and this office recommends settlement of this matter.
