RESOLVED, That the Council of the City of Saint Paul does here—
by approve and authorize the propex City officials to execute a
Professional Consulting Services Agreement yvith the St. Louis County
Health Department whereby the latter will conduct a study of and
training in a control group for Health Risk Appraisals at a cost not
to exceed $2, 200.56, subject to the terms and conditions of said
agreement, a copy of which is attached hereto and made a part of this
resolution and to be kept on file in the Department of Finance and
klanagement Services.
