RESOLVED, that the Council of the City of Saint Paul hereby
authorizes and directs the proper City officials to execute an
agreement with the County of Ramsey and North End Health Center,
whereby the City and County will assist in funding North End Health
Center, so as to assist in its functioning as a Neighborhood Health
Center in caring for the medical-health needs of the citizens of
the City and County in the adjacent geographic area; the City 's contri-
bution for the calendar year 1978 being $25, 711 and said agreement
expiring December 31 , 1978.
