THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAINT PAUL DOES ORDAINa Section 1. Section 410.08 (a) of the Saint Paul Legislative Code is hereby amended to read as follows: 410.08--Limitation on Rent. (a) Reasonable charges may be paid by an organization conducting bingo for rent of a hall or other place in which to conduct bingo, for rental of bingo cards and other equipment and for maintenance and janitorial service, but such charges shall not ex- ceed a total of �69,�98 75.00 per four-hour session, except that for good cause shown, the Council, upon the recommendation of the License Committee, may by � resolution, approve a higher rental fee: All leases or rental agreements must be in writing and a copy filed with the License Inspector. � Section 2. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force thirty (30) • days from and after its passage, approval and publication.
