An ordinance amending Ordinance No. 15881,
approved August 29, 1975, entitled "An
ordinance adopting a new zoning ordinance
for the City of Saint Paul, repealing
Chapters 60, 61, 62, 63 and 64 of the Saint
Paul Legislative Code and the zoning map of
� the City of Saint Paul. "
THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAINT PAUL DOES ORDAIN:
Section 1.
That subsection (h) of Section 62. 103 is hereby amended by
adding at the end thereto the following language:

Where the Planning Commission determines that there
is no use listed in subsection (m) herein whi�h--is sim-
ilar to a petitioning use, the Planning Commission may,
after hearing, determine the number of minimum parking
spaces required for such use.
Section 2.
This ordinance shall take force and effect in thirty (30) days
from and after its passage, approval and publication.
