RESOLVED, that upon execution and delivery of a release
in full to the City of Saint Paul, the proper City officers
are hereby authorized and directed to pay out of the Tort
Liability Fund 09070-511-000, to: United States Fidelity and
�uaranty Company, the sum of $446. 39 in full settlement of a
settlement agreement between the parties on the United States
Fidelity and Guaranty Company' s subrogation interests for
damages to its insured Raymond Busek, as more particularly
set out in a communication to the City Council on Februa.ry 1,
1972, and further set out in the summons and complaint served
on the City December 15, 1977 and amended summons and complaint
served December 22, 1977.

RE: Claim against the City of Saint Paul by
United States Fidelity and Guaranty Company
Claimant United States Fidelity and Guaranty Company requests
payment under a settlement agreement entered into between the
parties over a subrogation interest for its insured who
suffered property damage to his automobile on or about
December 29, 1971. Liability is on the part of the City.
This office approves the settlement of this claim in the amount
of $446. 39 .
