in full to the City of Saint Paul, the proper City officers
are hereby authorized and directed to pay out of the Tort
Liability Fund 09070-511-000, to: Ralph Launderville and
Ka.thleen Launderville, individually and as husband and wife,
the sum of $200.00 in full settlement of their claim for dama.ges
and injuries sustained August 16, 1974, as more particularly
set out in a communication to the City Council on September S,

Claima.nts, Ralph Launderville and Ka.thleen La.underville,
request reimbursement for dama.ges and injuries sustained

of a sidewalk fall in front of 262 South Exchange Street,
Saint Paul, Minnesota.
This office approves the settlement of this claim in the
