Wf�REAS, The Coimnissioner of Transportation for the State of Minnesota has
caused to be prepared: plans, special provisions, and specifications for the
improve�nt of Trunk Highway Nos. 390 and 392, renumbered as Trunk Highway Nos.
35� �d 94, within the corporate limits of the City of St. Paul, located on
T. H. 35E and on T. H. 94 in St. Paul; and
WI�REAS, said plans axe on file in the office of the Department of
Transportation, St. Paul., Mi.nnesota; be3.n� marked, labeled and identified as:
s.P. 6280-9597 (35E=390) and s.P. 6282-9628 (9�+=392)� and
Wf�REAS, said special provisions are on file in the office of the Depaxtment of
Transportation, St. Paul, Minnesota; being marked, labeled, and identified as:
S.P. 6280=9597 (35E=390) and S.P. 6282-g628 (9�+=392); and which, together with .
the "Minnesota Department of Highways Standard Specifications for Highway
Construction"� dated January 1, 1972, as amended by Minnesota Department of Highways
� Supplemental Specifications for Highway Construction, dated April l, 1.976, will
govern, and which are on file in the office of the Cammissioner of Transportation,
constitute the specif3.cations for said improvement of Trunk Highway Nos. 390 and 392,
renu�ubered as Trunk Highway Nos. 35E and 94; and •
WI�REAS, copies of said plans and special provisions as so marked, labeled
and identified axe also on file in the Office of the Director of Public Works; and

WIiEREAS, the term, "said plans and special provisions," as hereinafter used
in the body of this Resolution will be deemed and intended to mean, refer to, and
incorporate the plans and special provisions in the foregoing recitals paxticularly
identified and described; and
NOW, THEN, �'E IT RESOLVED that said plans and special provisions for the
improvement of Trunk Highway Nos. 390 and 392, renumbered as Trunk Highway
Nos. 35E and 94, within the corporate limi.ts of the City of St. Pa.ul, be and hereby
are approved. �

EE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the elevations and grades as shown in said plans
and special provisions are hereby approved and consent is hereby given to any and
all changes in grade occasioned by the construction of Trunk Highway Nos. 390
ana. 392, renumbered Trunk Highway Nos. 35E and 94� in accordance with said plans
and special provisions.
