Expenses are for the repair of the damaged vehicle. This office approves the settle�nent of Mr. Murphy's claim in the amount of $349 .49 . Claimant, Districtt 77 IAM Building, Association, requests reimbursement for damages and in�convenience caused when their sewer backed up. Investigation shows the sewer line was cleaned prior to the incident and debris was loosened up. It was not caught on the grate at the pumping station. This office approves the settlement of the District 77 IAM Building, Association's claim in the amount of $85 .00 . �J
