THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAINT PAUL DOES ORDAIN: Section l. � That Section 230. 04 of the Legislative Code be amended to read as follows: � 230. 04. All deposits made under the terms of this chapter shall be paid into the Permanent Improvement Revolving Fund. A chart �showing the aetivity in this account over a recent ten-year period is attached. In each of t'hose ten ysaris, � rec�ipts exceeded e�enditures and ranged from a maximum surplus of $37,200 in L97I to a minimum surplus of $2,775 in 1975. The highest expenditure in any year �wa$ $11,;500 iri.19T2. � The ordinance provides that 550,000 will Yie retained in' the fund for possible �rei�se- ' ment, and the bal.ance would be a�ailable for transfer to the nonr3edicated €und balanee in the general re4enue fund.
