Paul United Way and the St. Paul - Ramsey County Arts and Science Council, BE IT RESOLVED,': tl�at the City Council and Mayor, on behalf of the citiz:ens of the City of St. Paul� extend their deepest sympathy and most heartfelt best wishes to the family of Lloyd I,eider� and - BE IT FURTHER RESOZVED, that the City Council and Mayor direct all city departments and agencies to join with them in recognizing and commemorating the extensive and appreciated charitable and civic contributions of Mr. I,eider� and BE IT FURTHER RESOZVED� that this resolution be made a permanent official record of the City and that the original copy of this resolution be released and sent to Mr. Leider's family as a testament to deep feelings of the residents of St. Paul for the late Lloyd Leider.
