NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED THAT, the City Council of the City of Saint Paul does hereby authorize and direct the proper City officers to execute on behalf of the City that certain Contract For Sale of Land For Redevelopment by a Public Body substantially in the form on file in the City Attorney's Office. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED THAT, said City officers are hereby authorized and directed to execute on behalf of the City an agree- ment with the Authority which would a11ow the property to be sub-let to Migrants Housing Development, Inc. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED THAT, said City officers are hereby authorized and directed to execute on behalf of the City a Lease Agreement between the City and Migrants in Action which would allow Migrants in Action to sub-lease the property wi th written consent of the City and Authority as provided in the Contract for Land Redevelopment by a Public Body. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED THAT, the agreed upon purchase price of $29 ,000.00 herein mentioned shall be paid from Community Development Block Funds, Code 39204-xxx-096.
