RESOLVED, That upon execution and delivery of a
. release in full to the City, in a form to be approved
by the City Attorney, the proper City officers are
hereby authorized and directed to pay out of the Tort
Liability Fund 09070-511-000, to Margaret H. Richardson
and Farmers Insurance Group the sum of $437. 86 in
full settlement of their claim of damages sustained
on or about November 6, 1977, as more particularly
set out in a communication to the City Council on
June 22, 1978.

CLAIMS AGAINST THE CITY OF SAINT PAUL
BY MARGARET H. RICHARDSON AND FARMERS
INSURANCE GROUP
Claimant, Margaret H. Richardson, was involved in an automobile
accident with a City of Saint Paul , Department of Police vehicle
on November 6, 1977. Expenses are for the repair of th e damaged
vehicle. Farmers Insurance Group has subrogated interests in
this claim. This office approves the settlement of their claim
in the amount of $437.86.
