RESOLVED, That the Council of the City of Saint Paul does hereby approve
and accept grant agreement from the State of Minnesota, State Planning Agency,
for the development of tennis courts at the Case & Duluth Recreation Center
site, the grant agreement providing the City with the sum of $15,000.00 and
requiring that the City Rrovide a matching sum of $15,000.00 and the proper
City officers are hereby authorized and directed to exeucte the grant agreement
on behalf of the City of Saint Paul.
