RESOLVED, that the Council of the City of Saint Paul hereby
advises in and consents to the re-appointment, effective January
2, 1978, by the Mayor of Ms. Barbara Penn to the Capitol Area
Architectural and Planning Board for a term expiring on the first
Monday in January, 1982; and, be it
FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Council of the City of Saint
Paul hereby ratifies the continuation of the service of Ms. Penn
on said Board for the period from July 1, 1977, to January 2,
1978.
