RE: Compromise and settlement of Ma.rgaret M. Waldorf
and Ma.rgaret M. Waldorf as parent and natural
guardian of Carol Waldorf, Janet Waldorf and
John Waldorf v. Two Saint Paul Policemen, whose
names are unknown and the City of Saint Paul
Plaintiffs in the above-entitled matter requested damages
for an alleged illegal entry and search of their premises at
1483 "G" Timberlake Road, Saint Paul, Minnes�a on Ma.rch 11,
1976, .by two police officers. They requested special and general
dama,ges in the amount of $10,000 and pun�.tive damages of $5,000.
This office recommends the settlement in the amount of $1,000.
