as amended, I have surveyed the follo�vin� described tract in the County of 4amsey and State of !^,innesota, to �vit:
That part of the following described land situated in the County of Ramsey and State of Minaesota , to wit: All of Blocks 13 anc
14 and all of Ldts 17 to 31 inclusive, Block 17, in St. Anthony Park, together with that portion of Lot 32 in said Block 17 and
of the v�cated streets and alleys lying within the following boundary lines : Beginning at the Northwesterly corner of said
Block 14; thence Southerly along the Westerly line of said block to the Southwest corner thereof; thence Southerly in a straighi
line to the� Northwest corner of Lot 17 in said Block 17; thence Southerly along the Westerly rine of said Lot 11 and a Southerl�
production thereof, to the Southerly line of the vacated alley adjacent to the Southerly line of said Block 17 which is also
the Northerly line of the right of way of the Na,rthern Pacific Railway Company; thence Easterly along the Southerly line of the
last mentioned vacated alley a distance of 790 feet, more or less , to a Southerly production of the Easterly line of said Block
13; thence Northerly along the produced Easterly line of said Block 13 and along the tangent portion of the Easterly line of
said Block 13 and a +Vortherly production of, said tangent, to the Southerly line of Como Avenue West; thence Westerly along the
Southerly line of said Como Avenue West to the point of beginning, which lies within the following described boundary lines :
