RESOLVED, That the Council of the City of Saint Paul does
hereby approve and authorize the proper City officers to execute
lease agreement between the City and the Board of Water Com-
missioners whereby the City will be permitted to occupy a
portion of property held for the Water Utility to be used for
the Police Department' s Canine Training Center, a copy of the
said agreement to be maintained in the office of the Department
of Finance and Management Services.
