F. 267243 because the terms and conditions of the vacation resolution had not been complied with; and WHEREAS, The City Council has now been advised that the terms and conditions of the vacation resolution have been complied with and the Council now� wishes to revoke its resolution rescind- ing the vacation of street resolution; now, therefore, be it RESOLVED, That the Council of the City of Saint Paul does hereby revoke and repeal Council Resolution 270439 adopted January 24, 1978, and the City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to file the certification of compliance with the vacation of street Resolution C. RESOLVED, That upon receipt of notification from the City ` Clerk that th� terms and conditions of vacation of public alleg � " Resolution C. F. 267243 have not been complied with and the petitioner in such proceedings having not filed the required surety bond nor made payment of the compensation required by the said vacation resolution, the Council of the City of Saint Paul does hereby rescind Resolution C.
