WHEREAS, Section 240 of the St. Paul Legislative Code allows for the
Director of Pubiic Works to appoint a Board of Examiners for Licensed House
D�ain Contractors; and
WHEREAS, said appointments are to be made by the first of May each
year; and
WHEREAS, there now exists a vacancy for the three-year term on said
Boa�d; be it therefore
RESOLVED, that the Director of Public Works hereby recommends the
follaaing appointment for said three-year term on the Board of Examiners
of Licensed House Drain Contractors, beginning May l , 1978�

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Board of Examiners for the year
cormiencing May 1, 1978� shall be comprised of the following:
