WHEREAS, The Council of the Cit�r of Saint Paul by resolution,
C. F. 270357, approved January 10, 1978, did vacate a portion of
Wake�ield Avenue, said vacation resexving to the City of Saint Paul
� and ather public instrumentalities the public utility easements
contained th�rein and thereons and .
W�REAS, The Petitioners have requested that the Council v�raive
said retained easements, and the affected City departments, Northern
Sta�kes Power Company and� Northwestern Bell Telephone Company have
filed written certificat�s of intended non—use of reserved rights and
easements, which certificates are attached heretof now, th�refore,
be it
RESOLVED, That the Council of the City of Saint Paul, pursuant
to Section 228.05 of the Saint Paul Legislative Code, aa amended,
does hereby waive the retained easementa cpntained in resolution,
C. F. 270357, approved January 10, 1978, in the following de�eribed

That part of Wakefield Avenus which lies ea�terly of
a line drawn fxom a point on the north line of Lot 2,
