release in full to the City, in a form to be approved
by .the City Attorney, the proper City officers are
hereby authorized and directed to pay out of the Tort
Liability Fund 09070-511-000, to:
l. Robert Jordan the sum of $504.40 in full settle-
ment of his claim of damages sustained on or
about July 17, 1975, as more particularly set out
in a communication to the City Council on
September 18, 1975.
2. State Farm Insurance Company and Walter Kleinow
the sum of $588.09 iri full settlement of their
claim of damages sustained on or about April 10,
1978, as more particularly set out in a communi-
cation to the City Council on April� 25, 1978.
3. Klee Kaufert the sum of $676.68 in full settle-
ment of her claim of damages sustained on or_
�out February 23, 1978, as more particularly set
out in a co�nunication to the City Council on
March 16, 1978.
4. AMCO-Hurrican Steel Fence Co. , Inc. , the sum of
$273.50 in full settlement of its claim of damages
sustained on or about April 9, 1978, as more
particularly set out in a communication to the
' City Council on April 26 , 1978.

M E M O R A N D U M
CLAIMS AGAINST THE CITY OF SAINT PAUL
BY ROBERT JORDAN; STATE FARM INSURANCE
COMPANY AND WALTER KLEINOW; KLEE KAUFERT;
AND AMCO-HURRICAN STEEL FENCE CO. , INC.
Claimant, Robert Jordan, requests reimbursement for damages to
his garage sustained when a City of Saint Paul, Department of
Public Works sanitation truck backed into his garage on July 17,
1975. This office approves the settlement of Mr. Jordan's
claim in the amount of $504 .40 .
Claimants, State Farm Insurance Company and Walter Kleinow, re-
quest reimbursement for their damages sustained when Mr. Kleinow' s
vehicle was involved in an automobile accident with a City of
Saint Paul, Department of Public Works vehicle on April 10, 1978.
Expenses are for the repair of the damaged vehicle. This
office approves the settlement of their claim in the amount of
$588.09.
Claimant, Klee Kaufert, was involved in an automobile accident
with a City of Saint Paul, Department of Public Works vehicle
on February 23, 1978 . Expenses are for the repair of the
damaged vehicle. This office approves the settlement of
Ms. Kaufert's claim in the amount of $676. 68.
Claimant, AMCO-Hurrican Steel Fence Co. , Inc. , requests re-
imbursement for damages to its fence sustained when a City of
Saint Paul, Department of Police vehicle struck the fence on
April 9, 1978. This office approves the settlement of
AMCO-Hurrican Steel Fence Co. , Inc. 's claim in the amount of
$273 . 50 .
