RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING DATE FOR PUBLIC
HEARING ON REDEVELOPMENT PLAN FOR HIGHWAY
212 SITE
RESOLVED, that pursuant to Minnesota Statutes Section 462.521,
Subdivision 1, a public hearing be held in the Council Chambers,
City Hall and Courthouse, 15 West Kellogg Boulevard, Saint Paul,
Minnesota, on Thursday, June 22, 1978, at 10 o'clock a.m. , Central
Standard Time, upon the Redevelopment Plan For Highway 212 Site
Redevelopment Project, and the project and financing plan proposed
thereby, and that the City Clerk cause notice of the time, place
and purpose of this public hearing in a newspaper of general
circulation in the community at least ten (10) days prior to date
of public hearing.
