WHEREAS, pursuant to S�ction 1.02 (f) of the Saint Paul
Administrative Code, the Mayor has appointed Scott Jefferson
to the position of Administrative Aide and has submitted the
appointment to the Council for its consent; now, therefore,
be it
RESOLVED, That the appointment of Scott Jefferson is
hereby concurred in and in all respects approved and ratified.

Dear Councilwoman Hunt:
Thank you for agreeing to submit the two Council
Resolutions appointing Alison Eckstein and Scott Jefferson
to the position of Administrative Aide.
As you know, Scott has been an employee of the
2�ayor' s Office for approximately one year through Urban
Corps. Alison has been an employee of the Mayor' s Office
for ten months through the CETA program. Both have functioned
as Administrative Aides, Alison in the area of research and
Scott in the area of background and research for my appearances
and attendance at meetings.
Both Alison and Soctt will be attending law school
in the fall and will be working half-time. They will be paid
approximately $7, 000 per year. Attached are copies of their
resumes.
City Council approval of these two appointments is
respectfully requested.

Wrote press releases for Representative George during his reelection
