RESOLVED, That upon execution and delivery of a
release in full to the City, in a form to be approved
by the City Attorney, the proper City officers are
hereby authorized and directed to pay out of the Tort
Liability Fund 09070-511-000, to:
1. Steve Chisholm the sum of $91.42 in full settle-
ment of his claim of damages sustained on or
about May 2, 1978, as more particularly set out
in a communication to the City Council on May 16,
1978.
2. Linda D. Larson the sum of $79.43 in full settle-
ment of her claim of damages sustained on or
about December 14 , 1977, as more particularly set
out in a communication to the City Council on
January 3, 1978.
3. Ethel Hartmen Mayeron the sum of $25.00 in full
settlement of her claim of damages sustained on
or about April 17, 1978, as more particularly set
out in a communication to the City Council on
May 16, 1978.

I M E M O R A N D U M
CLAIMS AGAINST CITY OF SIANT PAUL
BY STEVE CHISHOLM, LINDA D. LARSON,
AND ETHEL HARTMEN MAYERON
Claimant, Steve Chisholm, requests reimbursement for damages to
his automobile windshield which was damaged when a rock flew off
the back of a City of Saint Paul, Department of Community Services,
vehicle. This office approves the settlement of Mr. Chisholm's
claim in the amount of $91.42.
Claimant, Linda D. Larson, requests reimbursement for damages to
her automobile. The damages were caused when branches, dropped
from a tree removal truck, flew up and hit Ms. Larson's vehicle.
This office approves the settlement of Ms. Larson's claim in
the amount of $79.43.
Claimant, Ethel Hartman Mayeron, was involved in an automobile
accident with a City of Saint Paul, Department of Community
Services vehicle, on April 17, 1978. Expenses are for the
repair of the damaged vehicle. This office approves the
settlement of Ms. Mayeron' s claim in the amount of $25. 00.
