II EXTENDING TERM OF JOINT POWERS AGREEMENT DOWNTOWN PEOPLE MOVER TRANSIT SYSTEM PRELIMINARY ENGINEERING � THIS AGREEMENT made and entered into this ZZ'"� day of �� , 1978, by and between the Metropolitan Transit Area, a pub ' c corpo- ration and political subdivision of the State of Minnesota, acting by and through its governing body, the Metropolitan Transit Commission, hereinafter referred to as "MTC", and the City of Saint Paul, a '� municipal corporation in the State of Minnesota, hereinafter referred to as "City" .
